Below is a link that will be used to track the WSHA goalie equipment. Last year we had some issues with families not having access to goalie equipment because people were taking it from storage and not notifying anyone, as well as giving equipment to another family and not having a way to track which family it was with.
NOTE! It is the responsibility of the family that is GIVING the equipment to someone else to update this form.
